Then alternate full rounds for 5 each of

8 Power Clean & Jerk

8 Bar Facing Burpees

Then alternate full rounds for 5 each of

8 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

8 Handstand Push Ups

Then complete 400m Farmers Carry 32/24kg swapping as needed.
