What is Crossfit?
CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements which are executed at a high intensity.
To keep it simple, CrossFit is a group training program in which every session is different from the last & where your body will learn movements of Olympic lifting, gymnastics, mobility, core strength & overall endurance.
CrossFit is for all levels of fitness and allows for all athletes of varied skill and strength to complete the same program by scaling load & intensity.
